We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of leaderboard services at all times.
The Game, including all content, features, graphics, audio, code, and design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Game does not allow user-generated content. All gameplay data (scores, achievements) remains your property but may be displayed publicly through leaderboard features.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Game, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game's performance, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
